Behind the Scenes: Making Strawberry Blossom Fruit Snacks | Cooper’s Kitchen Live
There’s something special about going live. No edits, no polish — just real time in the kitchen, making what we love most: fruit snacks that are actually made from fruit.
In our latest live, we spent 40 minutes walking through the entire process of making our signature Strawberry Blossom Fruit Snacks.

🍓 The Ingredients
We keep it simple, because snacks should be simple:
Fresh strawberries
Lemon juice
Georgia honey
Agar agar (a plant-based alternative to gelatin, full of gut-friendly fiber)
No artificial flavors. No chemicals. Just fruit, sweetness, and function.
🔥 Cooking Down the Fruit
We started with strawberries simmering in lemon juice and honey. This stage fills the kitchen with the kind of smell that instantly reminds you why fresh ingredients matter. It’s not candy made in a factory — it’s fruit being transformed in real time.
🌱 Agar Agar & Health Benefits
Next, we mixed in agar agar. Unlike gelatin, it’s plant-based, and it adds fiber that’s great for digestion. Each jar of 30 gummies carries 3g of fiber plus almost a full day’s worth of Vitamin C.
🍬 Into the Molds
Once the mixture was ready, we poured it into gummy molds — one of the most fun parts of the process (and the one everyone loves watching in the live).
😋 Taste Test & Packaging
Of course, we had to sneak a taste. The gummies set up soft, chewy, and bursting with strawberry flavor. After that came packaging into jars, each one ready for our upcoming restocks.
📍 Atlanta Small Business
We’re proud to craft these snacks right here in Atlanta. From TikTok Shop to Shopify to local farmers markets, every batch is part of a bigger story — growing a local snack brand built on real fruit and real function.
